MSc or PhD students, medical doctors, scientists, researchers, postdoctoral fellows with an innovation and entrepreneurial mind-set can apply. BioHC applicants are required having a fluent level in English. Furthermore, basic computer skills are required.


Clinical research, Molecular biotechnology, Biochemistry, Physics, Applied mathematics, Business or related fields; Professionals from Healthcare, Life sciences, Medtech, Biotech, Pharma, IT industries and Patients’ associations.

  4. Motivation letter presenting their reason for applying, and two recommendation letters
  5. Personal Project (PP) presenting an innovative idea on the EIT Health’s topics, and its potential future impact. Your proposal should address the following aspects: unmet need, mobilized technology, developments to achieve, market analysis, etc.. But the proposal’s form (outline, length, etc.) is fully free. The assigned ideas proposed by the applicants will be discussed during the Schools.

The PP should be the basis for group work related to the Entrepreneurship & Innovation. The working groups should develop some of  these ideas and prepare presentations of the innovative ideas during the final pitching session. The objective is to train you to pull the innovations from unmet needs, and not to push the innovations from the technology.  The identification and take-up of the applicants’ ideas will be done in collaboration with EIT Health regional Co-Location Centers (CLC) and accelerator.
